B+S предлагает оборудование предназначеное для быстрой Правки „Выравнивания“ тонколистового материала.

B+S high performance levelling machines are designed and developed by us to meet specific customer wishes and requirements. B+S supplies levelling machines with motor-driven roller feeders for single-sheet production and strip levelling machines. Cassette-type quick tool change systems assure short setting-up times and minimum maintenance. The use of tool cassettes with various levelling roll diameters for different material thicknesses guarantees maximum levelling performance and service life. Depending on the levelling quality and surface requirement, up to 23 levelling rollers with or without intermediate rolls (six-high technology) are implemented. The adjustment of lower back-ups to bend the levelling rolls is done either by electro motors or hydraulic cylinders.
